Opening hours may differ on public holidays and during the Christmas/New Year period. When temporary holiday hours apply, NZGO Pearl will publish or display the updated hours through our website or current customer communication channels.

Customers making a special trip on a public holiday or during the Christmas/New Year period are encouraged to check the latest store-hours notice or contact NZGO Pearl before visiting.

We will not state that the store is closed, open or operating reduced hours on any particular public holiday until those hours have been confirmed.

Local pickup

Local pickup is usually ready within four hours. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your online order is ready before travelling to collect it.
