Shipping & Delivery
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. The shipping option and price displayed at checkout are the rates that apply to your order.
Where we ship
NZGO Pearl currently offers delivery within New Zealand, to Australia, the Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga, and to selected international destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout.
New Zealand shipping
Standard shipping is $5 for orders up to $50. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Oceania shipping
For Australia, the Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga, standard shipping is currently $25 for orders below $120. Free shipping is available from $120.
The shipping rate displayed at checkout is authoritative for your order.
Selected international destinations
Standard international shipping is currently $30 to supported destinations for orders below $200. Free shipping is available from $200 where the relevant international shipping zone applies.
Shipping destinations, rates and thresholds may change when our carrier or Shopify shipping settings change. The rate displayed at checkout is authoritative for your order.
Order processing
In-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Commissioned or personalised jewellery may take longer. We will discuss the expected timeframe with you before commissioned work begins.
Carrier transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless NZGO Pearl expressly agrees to a specific delivery commitment.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available from NZGO Pearl, 200 Karangahape Road, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. Pickup is usually ready within four hours. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
Delivery problems
If NZGO Pearl arranges delivery of your order, please contact us if your parcel is lost, damaged or unreasonably delayed in transit. We will assist with the delivery issue and provide any remedy required by applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the delivery network.
International duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties, customs charges or destination taxes that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not NZGO Pearl shipping charges.
New Zealand consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
